Firm skins allowed us to let them hang through all of those September rains. They maintained nice acids to balance with sugars at 23 brix. Special note…if any of you wish to volunteer to help us pour wine next Friday or Saturday or Sunday 6-9pm at Mount Vernon please call the winery (October 6-8).
