The first photo is Chardonnay; the second photo is Grüner Veltliner, which is showing some action but not as consistently as the Chardonnay.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are still dormant for the most part no swelling has taken place yet. Different vines have different maturities. Chardonnay and white in general tend to be on the early side compared to the reds.
