Our annual Chili Cook-Off at North Mountain Vineyard & Winery will be held Saturday, March 29 from 12:00pm – 3:30 pm!
FOR THE COOKS:
$10 non-refundable entry fee. Entry fee includes two chili cook-off tasting tickets, and two complimentary glasses of wine.
JUDGING:
- Cash prizes will be given to first, second and third place chili entries. Winners will be determined by popular vote of visitors to the winery that day.
SET UP:
- Contestants may begin setting up as early as 11:00 a.m. the day of the cook-off.
- Contestants need to be set up by 12 noon to be judged.
- Contestants are to provide and display a card with the name of the chili.
PREPARATION AND CLEAN-UP:
- Entrants are to prepare their chili at home. It must be ready to serve at time of set-up; heated to proper temperatures.
- Contestants supply toppings for their chili, if desired.
- North Mountain will provide tasting cups and spoons.
- Access to an electrical outlet can be provided.
- Contestants are responsible for table clean up.
PROVISIONS:
- North Mountain is not responsible for any injuries experienced during the event.
