So what does 15 acres under vine actually mean?
It means 15 acres of our land are actively planted with grapevines, each row carefully maintained year-round to grow the fruit that becomes the wines in your glass. Even in winter dormancy, the vines are hard at work resting, resetting, and preparing for the next growing season.
Across those 15 acres, we grow 10 different grape varietals, each bringing its own personality, flavor profile, and character to our wines. From crisp and aromatic to bold and complex, every varietal plays a role in what we craft here.
