Once the grapes made their way in from the vineyard, we got right to work destemming and moving them into the winery as quickly as possible. During harvest, timing matters, keeping the fruit moving helps us preserve the freshness and quality we worked all season for.
The destemmer separates the grapes from their stems, getting the fruit ready for the next step in its journey from vine to wine. 🍷
