Join us at North Mountain Vineyard & Winery for a peaceful morning of movement, fresh air, and vineyard views in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Experience a tranquil, hour-long yoga session amidst the scenic and peaceful North Mountain Vineyards.
Led by certified instructor Nanci Schimizzi, sessions are appropriate for all skill levels.
Participants may attend a single session or opt for a series of classes for ongoing benefits.
Class cost is $45 which includes a complimentary glass of wine and a charcuterie cup. Additional wine/food may be purchased if desired.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any preferred props.
