Join us at North Mountain Vineyard & Winery for a hands-on Sourdough Making Class led by Sarah from The Little R Micro Farm! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a home baker looking to improve your technique, this immersive workshop will guide you through the art of sourdough from start to finish.

• How to start, feed, and maintain a sourdough starter
• Feeding schedules and fermentation basics
• Troubleshooting common sourdough issues
• How to shape a classic boule
• Proper use of a banneton

During class, you’ll feed your starter, work with pre-fed dough to mix and shape, and leave confident to bake at home. Sarah will also bring pre-made loaves to demonstrate finished results.
