North Mountain Vineyard & Winery complies fully with all state and federal alcohol laws. All visitors must be 21 years of age or older to taste or purchase wine. Valid photo identification is required.
All wine sales and consumption must occur on the premises unless otherwise authorized by law. We do not currently ship wine. By purchasing or consuming wine at our winery, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
We are committed to providing high-quality wines.
We will replace or refund any bottle that is corked, flawed, or damaged.
Customers must return the unfinished portion of the bottle for evaluation and replacement.
Wine purchased in error or returned due to weather conditions, misuse, or other personal reasons cannot be refunded.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all canceled orders.

Reservations may be required for tastings, tours, or events.
North Mountain Vineyard & Winery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates winery rules, appears intoxicated, or engages in disruptive behavior.
Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult and may not participate in tastings.
